.~ <br />Floodplaln permit F 4 -90 <br />Pages 2 <br />Therefore, this Floodplaln Development Permit for the <br />placement of a gravel extraction, processing and storage <br />operation adjacent to the Colorado River is granted subJect to <br />the following conditions: <br />1. The applicant shall proceed in conformity with all <br />applicable federal and state statutes as well as all local <br />regulations; Including but not limited to, subdivision <br />regulations. zoning regulations and building codes. <br />2. All specifications for earthwork, grading, excavation <br />and reclamation outlined in the applicant's narrative and <br />supportive application materials shall be adhered to. <br />3. The applicant shall notify the County Floodplaln <br />Administrator when the mining operations are complete and <br />reclamation of the site Is finished. <br />4. The landscaping and bank armoring operations shall be <br />complete prior to the commencement of any gravel mining <br />activities. Specific details on planting and watering need <br />to be submitted to the County Floodplaln Administrator for <br />review and approval. <br />This permit applies only to the proposal as Identified 1n <br />the application and may not be expanded or transferred. <br />This permit shall be valid for one year from the date of <br />issuance. if substantial commencement relative to the original <br />purpose of this permit has not begun during that one year period, <br />this permit shall become invalid at that time.
