If there are any discrepancies between this information <br />and information submitted earlier, this information is to be <br />used. <br />COUNTY APPROVAL <br />Please attach the enclosed map showing tracts A &.B tb the <br />already submitted agreement between Nielsons, Inc, and the A4ontezuma <br />Board of County Commissioners. <br />RECLAMATION PLAN <br />Approximately fourteen of the sixteen affected acres will be <br />revegetated, This includes the eleven acres of mining and <br />approximately three acres of perimeter area used for stockpiling <br />topsoil and reject material. The remaining two acres in the permit <br />area that will not be revegetated consist of existing cliffs and <br />walls and benches created by the mining operation. The benches <br />will be from five to ten foot width, located at ten to twenty foot <br />elevation increments, and created as material is removed along the <br />north and east pit walls. The walls will be left at an approximate <br />1/2:1 slope and like the benches will not be revegetated. <br />Because of the type of mining, no reclamation can begin until <br />mining ceases. The entire pit area has been and will be used for <br />either, mining, stockpiling or processing until operations cease, ~ <br />Therefore, reclamation is not expected to begin before 1987, ~ <br />
