Expected depth <br />is from two to four inches, <br />The seeding to be done will be done in late fall (October- <br />November) with fertilization performed the following spring upon <br />germination of the plants. <br />Livestock cannot get into the pit area, but a three strand <br />barb wire fence will be built along the highwall as a safety factor. <br />The haul road from the pit area is used for other Nielson <br />operations and will not be reclaimed or obliterated. <br />The initial work to be performed including cleanup, grading, <br />I <br />topsoil placement, seeding and fencing will take approximately <br />six months to complete, with an actual work time of approximately <br />twenty days. <br />~.:ax <br />
