Golder observed and recorded confirmation drilling and remediation of underground workings in all <br />Phase N azeas during this reporting period. Confirmation drilling was observed full time. <br />Golder provided full time observation of DCF placement to verify that the material was placed a <br />minimum of two feet thick, geomembrane wrinkles were not folded, oversized and deleterious <br />materials were not present in the fill, and HVSC pipes were kept in place and haunched as needed. <br />Laboratory Test Results <br />One sample of Drain Cover Fill (DCFb-O1) was collected and transported to the Golder field trailer <br />for index testing analysis. Results (pass/fail) of this sample is reported in Attachment C. <br />Meetines ' <br />CC&V held a Weekly Contractor meeting on September 25d'. Items discussed include Safety, <br />Environmental, Schedule, and CQA.
