Removal of oversized and deleterious material from ail fill azeas was <br />observed. <br />S Golder monitored and documented depth checks on in-situ SLF at the LOB pad. Al] checks <br />indicated a compacted depth of 12 inches or greater. All locations were mazked and located by <br />Ames surveyors. A summary of field testing, including moisture-density testing, performed during <br />this reporting period is presented in Attachment B. <br />Golder observed the Phase IVa secondary underdrains for correct dimensioning as per specifications <br />of four foot in width and two foot in depth to accommodate materials. The trench measured <br />approximately 453 feet, commencing at the crest of Highway 67 and followed the natural <br />topography to termination within 20 feet of the Phase I underdrain, which will be tied in at a later <br />date. <br />Golder observed and recorded confirmation drilling and excavation remediation of underground <br />workings in the all Phase N areas during this reporting period. <br />Laboratory Test Results <br />Golder collected one SLF soil sample and performed three moisture/density tests associated with <br />Phase N b soil liner construction on September 7s', results of laboratory testing will be reported in <br />subsequent reports. <br />Meetinss <br />CC&V held a Weekly Contractor meeting on September Sc'. Items discussed include Safety, <br />Environmental, Schedule, and CQA.
