•~
well. Pumping was continued for roughly 60 minutes at 1.3 gpm. Table A-31 presents
the water levels, discharge rates and field water quality data collected during the
pump test.
' Drawdown versus time on a semi-log plot is presented on Figure A-37 For well
GP-1. The data gives a good straight line fit. Using Jacob's straight line method
to analyze the data, a transmissivity of 5 gal/day/ft can be obtained for the QR
aquifer near well GP-1. Permeability of the QR aquifer in this area was calculated
to be 0.01 ft/day.
A-2.28 GP-2 TEST
~I ~ ~
A single well pump test was conducted on September 26, 1985 on well GP-2. A
discharge rate of 4.5 gpm was maintained in we11~GP-2 through 85 minutes of pumping.
Water level, discharge rate and field water quality were monitored during pumping.
Data collected is presented- in Table A-32.
Drawdown data though the first 20 minutes of pumping gives a good straight
line. fit. Applying Jacob's method to the straight line fit of the data yields a
transmissivity value of 50 gal/day/ft. This is thought to be a representative
transmissivity value for the KLM aquifer near well GP-2. Figure A-38 presents the
drawdown data for well GP-2. The permeability of the KLM aquifer was calculated to
be 0.17 ft/day.
A-2.29 CP-3 TEST
`.
A constant head drawdown test was conducted on September 11, 1986 on flowing
A-17
(~EQ4ES~D FEB 13 '87
