Stockpile, E EXHIBIT II , #1 . <br /> This meets vegetation criteria established in Rule 6. 5. <br /> Soil will be placed .on five foot-wide benches and- on <br /> flat part of mined out areas as soon as-.possible, and wild <br /> grass and .plant seed sown. <br /> 3. Overburden soil is 0-6 inches deep on hillsides, and up <br /> to six feet deep in valley (E EXHIBIT I ) . All soil to be <br /> saved (E EXHIBIT II , #1 ) . A drainage ditch for run-off water will be maintained in <br /> areas where run-off might occur. <br /> 10 . Normal flow of rare water run-off will not be interrupted. <br /> Three culverts are proposed where roads cross path of water <br /> run-off. <br /> 11 . No acid-forming or toxic producing materials to be used. <br /> 12 . Rip-rap will be used where necessary in drainage areas, <br /> and grass and plants planted to produce a stable configur- <br /> ation of reclaimed area of a homesite. <br /> 13 .
