Phase IV Weekly Summary No. 48 Page 4 <br />Laboratory Test Results <br />003-2203 <br />• Golder obtained QA samples SFa-10, SFb-07, DCFb-02, and FSBc-O1 of materials being placed in <br />Phase IVa, Phase IVb, and Phase IVc. All samples met project specifications and test results aze <br />presented in Attachment B. <br />Golder continued to conduct Conformance Testing of geomembrane being produced by <br />POLYFLEX. Test results on material produced to date indicate passing values. Test results not <br />presented to date aze presented in Attachment B. <br />Golder conducted calibration of Volumetric Mixing trucks 509403 and 509405 and verified that 6% <br />by dry weight of cement was added to the Fine Shaft Backfill (FSB) as required by the specifications <br />for Cemented Rockfill. Golder also verified daily and at 300-ton intervals that the 6% cement by dry <br />weight was added. , <br />Meetinss <br />CC&V held a Weekly Contractors meeting on February 26"' and March 5~'. Items discussed include <br />Safety, Environmental, Schedule, and CQA.
