<br />A. The Company shall indemnify and hold harmless Lessor against and <br />from liability to third parties for personal injury and properly damage resulting from the Company's <br />negligent acts and omissions, in, on, or about the Property. The Company shall be liable for any <br />injuries or death and any damage to or destruction of property resulting directly or indirectly, wholly <br />or in part, from the prosecution or omission of any work or obligation undertaken or required of the <br />Company by this Lease. The Company agrees to indemnify and save harmless Lessor, Lessor's <br />agents and employees, from and against any and all liability, cost or expense arising from the <br />Company's operations hereunder, including all expenses ,legal or otherwise, incurred by Lessor in <br />the investigation and defense of any claim or suit and all such expenses incurred in_the settlement <br />of any claim or suit. <br />B. The Lessor shall indemnify and hold harmless the Company against <br />and Bom liability to third parties for personal injury and property damage resulting from the Lessots <br />negligent acts and omissions, in, on, or about the Property. The Lessor shall be liable for any <br />injuries or death and any damage to or destruction ofpmperly resulting directly or indirectly, wholly <br />or in part, from the prosecution or omission of any work or obligation undertaken by or required of <br />Lessor by this Lease. The Lessor agrees to indemnify and save harmless the Company, the <br />Company's agents and employees, from and against any and all liability, cost or expense arising from <br />the Lessor's use of or presence on the Property hereunder, including all expenses, legal or otherwise, <br />incurred by the Company in the investigation and defense of any claim or suit and all such expenses <br />incurred in the settlement of any claim or suit. <br />9. Insurance. <br />A. At its sole expense, the Company shall maintain at all times statutory <br />1,Vorkmen's Compensation and Occupational Disease Disability Insurance coverage as required <br />under the laws and regulations of the State of Colorado for every workman or employee who <br />performs work For the Company hereunder. The Company ao ees that any independent contractor <br />working in connection with the Property shall have similar and adequate insurance in full force and <br />effect. In addition, the Company shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations with respect <br />-g- <br />
