Should it later appear that the Lessors own less than 1008 <br />interest in the leased premises, the Lessee shall have the option <br />of continuing this lease, however, the advance and production <br />royalties shall be reduced proportionately. <br />E. Lessors and Lessee shall cooperate and consult with each <br />• other so that their respective uses of the leased premises do not <br />unreasonably interfere with the reasonable uses of the other where <br />practical. <br />F. Lessors agree to reasonably cooperate with the Lessee in <br />its applications for any and all permits and licenses required in <br />order to conduct operations hereunder. <br />12. The payment of the annual royalty contemplated hereby is deemed <br />fully adequate and in full satisfaction of and for any and all <br />duties of diligent development which might otherwise exist. <br />13. Upon termination of this lease for any reason, the Lessee and <br />those claiming by, through or under it, as well as supervisory <br />personnel from the State of Colorado, the Federal Government or <br />local officials shall have the right to complete all required <br />reclamation and to supervise its progress, this at no additional <br />cost or expense to the Lessee. <br />14. Arbitration Of Disputes: If at any time or from time to time, <br />the Lessors and Lessee cannot agree as to any matter arising under <br />the terms of this lease, such disagreement shall be submitted to <br />arbitration for determination. The arbitration shall be held at <br />Craig, Colorado, and shall be conducted in accordance with the <br />rules and regulations of the American Arbitration Association. <br />Lessors and Lessee agree that they will abide by such award, <br />which may be filed with the Clerk of the District Court as provided <br />by the Colorado Rules of Civil Procedure as a basis of a judgment <br />and that execution may be issued for its collection. This submis- <br />sion and agreement to arbitrate shall be specifically enforcible. <br />
