D. Should it later appear that the Lessors own less than 1008
interest in the leased premises, the Lessee shall have the option
of continuing this lease, however, the advance and production
royalties shall be reduced proportionately.
E. Lessors and Lessee shall cooperate and consult with each
• other so that their respective uses of the leased premises do not
unreasonably interfere with the reasonable uses of the other where
practical.
F. Lessors agree to reasonably cooperate with the Lessee in
its applications for any and all permits and licenses required in
order to conduct operations hereunder.
12. The payment of the annual royalty contemplated hereby is deemed
fully adequate and in full satisfaction of and for any and all
duties of diligent development which might otherwise exist.
13. Upon termination of this lease for any reason, the Lessee and
those claiming by, through or under it, as well as supervisory
personnel from the State of Colorado, the Federal Government or
local officials shall have the right to complete all required
reclamation and to supervise its progress, this at no additional
cost or expense to the Lessee.
14. Arbitration Of Disputes: If at any time or from time to time,
the Lessors and Lessee cannot agree as to any matter arising under
the terms of this lease, such disagreement shall be submitted to
arbitration for determination. The arbitration shall be held at
Craig, Colorado, and shall be conducted in accordance with the
rules and regulations of the American Arbitration Association.
Lessors and Lessee agree that they will abide by such award,
which may be filed with the Clerk of the District Court as provided
by the Colorado Rules of Civil Procedure as a basis of a judgment
and that execution may be issued for its collection. This submis-
sion and agreement to arbitrate shall be specifically enforcible.
