The Flau- <br /> ' sing Commission shall hold a public hearing on <br /> the application, notice of which shall be <br /> published as prescribed in -iection Vrll:.t'6. <br /> ' Notice of tJ%J said hearing shall be posted <br /> on the subject property for at least 10 days <br /> prior to the hearing, in such form, number, <br /> and placement as the Planning Commission my <br /> require. <br /> YIII.5:d findings. The Planning Commission shall make a <br /> ' written finding certifying that the application <br /> complies with such pertinent individual condi- <br /> tions of use specified in the Sr•-nting of the <br /> ' permit are compatible with the general provi- <br /> ftm* of these regulations, as well as the <br /> provisions for the district in which such use <br /> ' is permitted, and that satidfactory provisions <br /> and arrangements have been made concerning the <br /> following, where applicable: <br /> ' (1) Safety of the motoring public and of pedes- <br /> trians using the facility and the area <br /> immediately surrounding the site. <br /> ' (2) Safety from fire hazard, and measures for <br /> fire control. <br /> ' (3) Protection of adjacent property from flood <br /> or water damage. <br /> ' (4) Boise producing elements and glare of ve- <br /> hicular and stafionary lights and effects <br /> ' of such lights on the established character <br /> of the neighborhood. <br /> (5) Street size and adequacy of pavement widt <br /> ' for traffic reasonably expected to be gene- <br /> rated by the proposed use around the site <br /> and in the immediate neighborhood. <br /> ' (6) Adequacy of parking, a: determined by re- <br /> quirements of these regulations for off- <br /> street parking facilities in the use district <br /> in which the site is located; location of <br /> ingress and egress points, and off-street <br /> ' loading spaces; and protection of public <br /> health by measures of dust control -elative <br /> to parking areas. <br /> ' (7) Suct other measures will secure and protect <br /> public health, safety, and general welfsee. <br />
