VUZ:5:0 Planning Commission Action. The Planning Commission
' shall consider the application and site plan and
shall grant or depy the application. In granting an
application, the Planning Commission may impose such
' requirements+and conditions, in additio+o those ex-
pressly stipulated in these regulations for the part-
icular use, as the Planning Commission may deem
' necessary for the protection of adjacent properties
and the public interest.
' VIII:5:f Issuance of Permit. Where a conditional use permit
is required and granted, it shall be issued prior to
issuance of a building permit, and shall be issued
subject to the conditions upon which the Planning
' Commission has determined to grant the permit.
VIII:S:g Expiration of conditional use permit
' (1) Authority to issue a building permit pursuant
to the granting of a conditional use permit
' shall expire one (1) year after the date of
granting of the conditional use permit, except
when the following conditions have been met:
(i) Building permits have been�Lsaued for at
least one building permitted by the
' conditional use permit, materials have
been acquired and are on site, and the
foundation has been placed for at least
one of the permitted buildings. or
' (ii) Where no construction is required, the actual
operation of the use has been started.
(2) After authority for issuance of a building permit
pursuant to the granting of a conditional use
permit, has expired by default, no building permit
' shall be issued except under a conditional use
permit granted pursuant to a new application.
