• SPECIAL PROVISION
REMOVAL OF TIMBER
DESCRIPTION
Remove and dispose of all trees deemed as merchantable timber and so identified and
marked by the United States Forest Service (USFS).
CONSTRUCTION REQUIREMENTS
The trees will be cut off above ground. All stumps and roots will be removed as per
Section 201 "Clearing and Grubbing". The merchantable timber will become the
property of the contractor and the contractor will be responsible for all USFS fees.
METHOD OF MEASUREMENT
By USFS Removal Permit.
