When and by whom were these <br />signs posted? The very fact that, as you point out, a number of people came to the May 13th <br />Informal Conference, but not to the May 1 ]th Planning Commission meeting suggests to me that <br />your notices were not posted in time to give effective notice. <br />I will check with the owners of the Mountaindale Campground to see what notices they <br />were referring to, and if I was mistaken regarding then import, I will advise the Division of my <br />mistake in forthcoming comments. <br />cc: Division of Minerals and Geology <br />00 <br />Sincerely, <br />~' ~ f /~' <br />ernes E.
