He asks some <br />questions about local government notice and seems to be rather non-committal regarding <br />party status in the DMG action. Enclosed is our response to Mr. Lockhart and copies of the <br />information provided to him regarding local government notices. Although local government <br />actions are of little concern to your area of interest, because Mr. Lockhart seems to be most <br />concerned about adequacy of notice I thought you should have copies of the notice <br />requirements of the county.
