<br />k. Slopes 3:1 or flatter will be constructed to eliminate erosion. Berms and silt fences will be used to <br />prevent off-site sediment. <br />1. Deposits maybe screened, crushed, processed into base course, asphalt or concrete. <br />m. Primary products will be sand and gravel and other related products. <br />Secondary use will be borrow. <br />n. Natural fines and crusher fines may be used as borrow or placed back over mined area. <br />o. The areas that indicated on exhibit C for future mining will not be affected until a later date , at <br />that time amendments will be made to the 112 permit prior to any disturbance. <br />p. The approximate areas in each phase to be mined is 50 acres, no more than 40 acres at a time will <br />be disturbed before reclamation will be completed on previously disturbed areas. <br /> <br />
