FORCE MATEURE <br />13.1 Lessee may not claim force majeure for any money payment due under this Gravel <br />Mining Lease. <br />15.2 Should any condition exist beyond the reasonable control of either party which <br />prevents or delays performance under this Gravel Mining Lcasc, except the payment of money, <br />then that party who is prevented or delayed from pcrfonning may suspend pcrformancc of such <br />duty but only for the length of time during which pcrformancc is prevented ar dclayecf by such <br />uncontrcdlable forces. <br />IS.3 Should either party desire to have pcrformancc excused or suspended under lid ,~iDPIU~-- <br />above, then that party claiming such force majeure shall no(ify the other party in writing of the <br />details of such delay, and such party shall also estimate the time of date when such delay shall <br />terminau: and so indicate in said written notice. <br />~~ <br />XIX. NO PARTNERSHIP INTENDED <br />19.1 Nothing contained in this Gravel Mining Lcasc agreement is intended by Owner and <br />or Lessee to create a partnership behveen Owner and Lesscc, nor do Owner and Lessee consider <br />themselves partners for any purposes underlying this Gravel Mining tense, and except as is <br />expressly permitted hereunder, neither party shall be cntidcd to bind or obligate in any way, b}' <br />contract or othern~ise, the other party hereto. <br />XX_ NOTICES <br />20.1 Any notice required hereunder shall he in writing, hand delivered, ar mailed by <br />certified mail addressed as follows: <br />OyWi ER: NAME: Quarter Circle L.T.
