Water Quality Control Act - 19 <br />TYtle 25, Article 8 <br />Sheep - 10,000 to 49,999 <br />Turkeys - 55,000 to 274,999 <br />Chickens, with continuous overflow watering - 100,000 to 499,999 <br />Chickens, with liquid manure handling systetts - 30,000 to 149,999 <br />Ducks - 5,000 to 29,999 <br />(B) 'T.fedium feedlots", by type and capacity: <br />Slaughter and feeder cattle - 5,000 to 9,999 <br />Swine weighing over 55 lbs. - 12,500 and over <br />Sheep - 50,000 and over <br />Tlrrkeys - 275,000 and over <br />Chickens, with continuous overflowing watering -500,000 and over <br />Chickens, with liquid manure handling systems - 150,000 and over <br />• (C) "large feedlots" with a capacity to handle 10,000 and over slaughter <br />and feeder cattle. <br />(b) (I) Annual fees for discharge of pollutants are as follows: <br />(A) bSajor municipal and industrial discharges ...................$250 <br />(B) Minor municipal and industrial discharges ................... 50 <br />(C) Irrigation return flow ...................................... 10 <br />(D) gnall feedlots .............................................. 10 <br />(E) Medium feedlots ............................................. 40 <br />(F) large feedlots .............................................. 60 <br />(II) The permits shall run from the dates of issuance, and the annual fees <br />shall be paid to the department of health. <br />(2) Upon receipt of an application, the division shall prepare a tentative <br />determination to issue or deny the permit, and if it is to be issued, its tentative <br />determination as to the terms and conditions of such permit. <br />(3) Public notice of every cornplete application for a discharge permit shall <br />• be circulated in a manner designed to inform interested and potentially interested <br />persons of the proposed discharge and of the proposed determination to issue or <br />deny a pernit. Procedures for the circulation of public notice shall be established <br />by the carmission and shall include at least the folloa2ng: <br />- 19 - <br />
