Until proposed modifications to topsoil handling <br />plans are approved by the CMLRD, EFCI will continue to utilize current <br />practices. <br />Generally, topsoil removal will be sequenced and removal limits will be <br />defined to provide for anticipated stockpile expansion for the subsequent <br />construction season. However, in all cases a minimum 15' buffer will be <br />maintained between undisturbed areas and the toe of the advancing <br />stockpile. In conjunction with construction of the West and clean-water <br />diversion ditches, a portion of the existing topsoil stockpile located at <br />the west edge of the refuse pile area has been removed. This material was <br />utilized to complete reclamation of regraded portions of the refuse pile. <br /> As the refuse pile advances to the west, the remaining topsoil in the <br /> existing stockpile will be utilized for progressive reclamation of <br />• regraded stockpile areas.
