The Objectors also want notice from the Applicant in the event that <br />monitoring discloses any problems. <br />20. There is no authority to require the Applicant to notify the Objectors of the <br />results of monitoring unless such problems require the Applicant to apply for <br />a permit amendment to address the problem. However, the monitoring results <br />would be available for the Objectors to inspect at the Division's Denver <br />office. <br />Wildlife Impact <br />21. The Objectors also raised concerns about the proposed operation's impact on <br />wildlife. They argue that wildlife, most specifically water fowl and deer, will <br />be displaced by the proposed operation for a period of fifteen yeazs. <br />22. Construction Materials Rule 6.4.8 requires that the Applicant provide a <br />description of the game and non-game resources on and in the vicinity of the <br />application area, including a description of the significant wildlife resources <br />on the affected land, seasonal use of the area, the presence and estimated <br />population of threatened or endangered species from either federal or state <br />lists; and a description of the general effect during and after the proposed <br />operation on the existing wildlife of the area, including but not limited to <br />temporary and permanent loss of food and habitat, interference with migratory <br />
