<br />(k) <br />if any refuse and acid or toxic producing materials are found <br />during mining then measures will be taken to load into <br />whatever type carrier necessary to dispose of these materials <br />and taken to either a transfer station or land fill. <br />(1) <br />When mining operations begin all affected land boundrles <br />shall have a minimum of three to one slope facing toward the <br />affected land; a so, he s ockplle areas will either have a <br />berm to contain the water or be slightly sloped so as to <br />contain the lb to 16 Inches of mean annual percipitation. <br />This mining procedure will minimize disturbance to the <br />hydrologic balances, prevent off-site damage, and provide for <br />a stable configuration of the reclaimed area consistent with <br />the proposed future land use. <br />Reference: Soil survey of Jackson County Area by The <br />Department of Agriculture Soll Conservation Service. <br />(m) <br />The deposits will be removed as they are found from the site <br />as well as processed on site. The nature of the process will <br />be but not limited to:crushing, screening, mixing, batching, <br />stockpiling, welghing,etc. <br />No permenant facilities will be placed upon the affected land <br />but mobile equipment such as crushers,screens,h^ot <br />plants,batch plants,scales,trailers,hoppers,heavy equipment, <br />etc. will be utilized as necessary to conduct a gravel <br />operation. <br />Chemicals used will be only those necessary to mine or <br />produce different types oP asphalt or concrete. <br />Reference: Exhibit E. <br />(n) <br />The primary and secondary commodities to be mined shall be <br />sand and gravel.
