<br />EXHIBT-C--Mining Plan <br />(a) <br />Estimated mining operations shall commence on 4-15-9T and end <br />approximately 4-15-2012. <br />(b) <br />The estimated top 8 inches of overburden or top soil shall be <br />initially stockpiled and salvaged for reclamation procedures. <br />The stabilizing of the topsoil stockpile with a vegitative <br />cover oY minimum of six inches. The topsoil stockpiles shall <br />Abe seperate from all other stockplles~ and the ground the <br />stockpiles are stored on shall be contoured and a berm placed <br />around them~so as to capture and or contain all storm water <br />~n that lmedlate area. <br />(c) <br />There is no overburden except topsoil necessary to reach the <br />deposit of sand 'and gravel. <br />(d) <br />The average depth oY sand and gravel to be mined 9-8 feet. <br />(e) <br />The maJor components of the mining operation will be heavy <br />equipment such as loaders, dozers, trucks, milling or <br />processing equipment like storage bins, etc. The road or <br />access route is a pre-exlsting road off state highway #125 <br />which enters the 9.99 acres of affected lands. <br />(f) The type of mining is a sand and gravel operation for the <br />mining, milling, or mixing of said aggregates for (but not <br />limited to) construction materials. Mlning will start In the <br />eastern portion of the affected land moving in a westernly <br />direction. <br />(g) <br />The dimensions of the existing road which centers the <br />affected land varyLs between 8 and 12 feet. The only <br />improvements to the exlsting road shall be the <br />grad(ng, staballzing, and rut filling necessary to maintain <br />the existing road for truck traffic. <br />There are no associated drainage or runoff conveyance <br />structure that will or can be affected by this existing road. <br />(h) <br />How much water will be used in conJunctlon with the this <br />operation will vary between 0 and 3000 gallons per day <br />depending on the type of operation and the weather Yor that <br />time of year. <br />The source of water will be from Wyatt Redl-Mix Ditch which <br />has a decree of one cfs. <br />(i) <br />There will be no surface or groundwater disturbed. <br />As far as storm water:The mining and stockpiling shall be <br />sloped so as to always be contained within the affected land. <br />See attached schedule #1 <br />(J) <br />
