<br />EXHIBT D <br />MLRB RECLAMATION: <br />(a) Refer to stage 1 map showing that (4) Your acres will be <br />the amount of disturbed land at any given point in the mining <br />and reclamation plan. Looking at stage (2) note that as more <br />then (4) acres are disturbed then the equal amount of land at <br />the starting point will be reclaimed. (b) All slopes on the <br />boundrles of the affected land shall maintain a minimum of <br />three to one slope. <br />(c) <br />(1)---(v l) The measures necessary to revegetate the site <br />will be as stated in the United States Department of <br />Agriculture-Natural Resources Conservation Service <br />recommended plan. See attached Exhlblt #1. <br />(d) <br />There are no ponds, streams, or bu11d1ngs~Just an extsting <br />road !s the only feature that !s present .at this time and <br />shall remain for the lancowners own use upon completion of <br />the mining and reclamatlm of the affected land. <br />(e) <br />The immediate reclamatioitreatment shall be as decrl6ed In <br />(1) of the mining plan. <br />(f) <br />Reclamation cost backfll:ng, grading, topsoil application, <br />seeding, mulching N/A, fet.illzatlon, and labor to complete <br />reclamation are as Yollas !n stage 3 which shows that no <br />more then four acres sill be disturbed at any one time. <br />BACKFILLING--- $100/acre <br />GRADING------' 5100/acre <br />TOPSOIL APP.-- 5200/acre <br />SEEDING------- 5110/acre <br />FERTILIZATION- _575/acre <br />LABOR--------- 5100/acre <br />
