Specific areas are addressed below. <br />Crystal Meadows Disturbance Area <br />The Crystal Meadows affected area has been seeded with species and <br />rates approved by CMLRB (Exhibit 2.05.4-D). The seeded area was mulched <br />with straw at a rate of 1 ton per acre. <br />A continuous straw bale dike has been constructed along Anthracite <br />Creek at the lower end of the affected, seeded area. The straw dike will <br />serve as a sediment control feature. The staked straw dike should provide <br />sufficient sediment control for the nearly level, mulched affected area. <br />East Portal Disturbance Area <br />After the structures at the East Portal have been removed and the <br />necessary backfilling and compaction completed, most of the area above <br /> <br />2.05-48' <br />
