EXHIBIT M <br />OTHER PERMITS AND LICENSES REQUIRED <br />1. An Air Pollution permit will be applied for prior to com- <br />mencement of operations. <br />2. We currently have a permit from Logan County on the 111 <br />permit part of this operations. We expect a new permit to <br />be issued in the near future for the expanded area. <br />3. This is a open pit operation and ground water will be not <br />exposed so a well permit and temporary supply plan is <br />unnecessary. <br />4. A dredge fill permit (404) is not required because waters of <br />the U.S. will not be impacted. <br />5. A Storm Water Management Plan (SWMP) will not be necessary <br />for this pit as there will be no discharge from the mined <br />area. <br />6.
