<br />. (7) Topsoil will be replaced in as even a manner as possible. <br />(8) There should be no vegetative piles on the permit area to be removed or utilized. <br />(2)(d) Where applicable, plans will provide for segregation, preservation, replacement, compaction <br />and grading of soil to be used for revegetation. The revegetation plan shall contain a list of the <br />preferred species of grass, legumes, fortis, shrubs or trees to be planted, the methods and rates of <br />seeding and planting, the estimated availability of viable seeds in sufficient quantity of the species <br />proposed to be used, and the proposed time of seeding and planting. <br />The area will be seeded with the following varieties and seeding rates recommended by the local <br />SCS. They recommend seeding in July in this so there is a chance for rain. <br />Species Variety #PLS/A <br />Western wheatgrass Arriba or Barton 1.b0 <br />Crested wheatgrass Ephrain or Hycrest 3.00 <br />Streambank wheatgrass Sodar 0.55 <br />Russian wildrye Bozoisky 0.50 <br />Total #/PLS/A 5.65 <br />. The seeding mixture may very slightly depending on availability at the time of seeding. <br />(e) A plan or schedule indicating how and when reclamation will be implemented. The plan <br />or schedule shall include: <br />(i) An estimation of the period of time which will be required for the various stages of <br />reclamation. <br />Reclamation of the lake shore will start as soon as the second east-west slice has started on Cell #1. <br />Reclamation will follow mining as closely as operationally feasible. The only azeas to be reclaimed <br />will be the lake shore and adjacent travel area. <br />(ii) A description of the size and location of each area to be reclaimed during each <br />phase. <br />There are 4 separate cells to be reclaimed as indicated on the mining plan map.
