• The main portion of the loadout was located north and east of the Roaring Fork River. This <br />area was where the trains were actually loaded with coal. This land is know as the <br />Diamond A Parcel. The Division's proposed decision dated November 23, 1993 released <br />the bond on the Diamond A Parcel. This was a full and final bond release for the Diamond <br />A Parcel which is being developed into a residential community with a golf course by <br />others. The Diamond A Parcel was removed from the permit by the DMG's approval of <br />TR-15 on February 1, 1994. <br />Disturbed and Reclaimed Areas <br />The table on the following page lists the number of acres disturbed, reclaimed and acreage <br />of permanent features. See Map D-3-2 for details. <br />Affected Area <br />The number of surface acres affected in the permit area at the time of permanent <br />cessation is tabulated below.
