Please clarify. The 40 acre parcel will be the CUP <br />Boundary and will start with the IO acre parcel and possible go to an additional 10 acre. <br />2. Application Item #13: It appears that this property is within the 3-mile radius of Florence, <br />therefore correct your answer. The application has been changed to show Florence as being <br />within the 3-mile radius. <br />3. Application Item #16: Note that it is NA. The application has been changed to show NA <br />4. Application Item #17: A condition of the permit will note the cessation for more than 6 <br />months. The Condition is acceptable. <br />Application Item #20c: Are there any residences near this site? This may be another reason <br />or no buffering. The application has been change to show that the nearest residence is <br />approximately I/4 oja mile in any direction. <br />6. Application Item #21: In the description of operations you note up to 80 trucks hauling per <br />day, but in this answer you note 50 trucks. Please clarify the difference or correct your <br />answer. This was misstated and has been changed to 10 in both places. <br />7. Application Item #22 a & b: You note that there will be 25 employees. Explain why 25 <br />spaces should not be provided. Will employees car pool? Please explain. This was misstated <br />and has been changed to 3-S in both places. <br />8. Application Item #22f g h: A waiver of the hard surfacing, lighting and landscaping is noted <br />and will be added to the review. (Will be a waiver request in the review). Thanks. <br />
