9. Application Item #26: The amended zoning regulations require that a traffic analysis, by a
professional traffic engineer, Section 8.2.3.1.12. This analysis should address whether the
roads carrying the truck traffic aze constructed and designed to a standard that can handle the
additional truck traffic in relationship to safety and maintenance. It should be noted that
Greene Valley Ranch Road is anon-maintained County right-of--way, therefore it may need ~ -'
to be developed to County standazd as part of the approval process. Any recommended
improvements as per the traffic analysis may be required to be constructed prior to the
issuance of the permit. The traffic analysis report will be reviewed by the County
Engineer and County Road Foreman, which may result in additional requirements.
Since the truck traffic will access the City of Florence Streets, there may be
requirements from the City of Florence. Please see attachment Exhibit 26
10. Application Item #32: County Road # 835C aka Green Valley Ranch Road is also a County
right-of--way but it is not maintained. Please add to your answer. The application has been
changed to County Road 835C is not county maintained
11. Application Item #33: The property does not front a public r-o-w; therefore your answer
shall be changed. The easement deed provided shall be noted as the attachment. The
application has been changed and Exhibit 32.1 has been attached
12. Application Item #34: Since there are at least 2 County roads that will provide access, both
shall be noted. The application has been changed to show both roads.
13. Application Item #36: There will defutitely be an effect even though it may be minimal. Just
the increased traffic alone will have an effect. What about dust, etc. Please correct your
answer. The application has been changed to try a better explanation.
14. Application Item #37a: Since the operation will be 7 days a week a permanent source of
sewage disposal may be required. You may want to contact the Environmental Health
Officer, as proof of adequate sewage disposal will be a condition of approval. (Maybe a
contingency item) Please make this a contingency item.
15. Application Item #376 & c: A source of water may be required as per number 14 (37a)
above. Documentation as to the requirement of a source will be a condition of approval.
(May be a contingency item if required). Please make this a contingency item.
16. 16. Application Item #37e: I do not believe that a public sewer system is available in that
area so the answer should be NO. See number 14 (37a) above. The application has been
changed
17. Application Item #37f: Again see number l4 (37a) above. The Environmental health
officer has been contacted and said he would get with you to make a determination for lhas
site.
18.
