Page 15 of 32 <br />the groundwater. <br />6.3.3 (1) <br />The hydrology and water quality of this site will not be adversely affected by this operation. It is <br />anticipated that no groundwater will be encountered during mining and only surface changes shall be <br />controlled and monitored to minimize the affects on the historical storm water runoff patterns. The <br />proposed reclamation will return the property back to its natural state as rangeland. The site will be <br />reseeded to stabilize the slopes to prevent any off-site damage as depicted on the Reclamation Map <br />provided. <br />6.3.3 (m) <br />In the South Eastern corner of the proposed 110 Permit Area will be a 1.84 acre Initial Processing Area. <br />This area will be used for processing and stockpiling the materials, parking, and the site for any <br />temporary structures. <br />The processing of the material will be by a portable crushing and screening unit. <br />There will not be any chemicals utilized in processing. <br />6.3.3 (n) <br />The primary commodities to be mined are Limestone, Granite, Sandstone, Decorative <br />Rock, Gravel, and sand. These products will be used for landscaping and road covering. <br />The secondary commodities to be mined is topsoil. This product can be utilized for landscaping. <br />6.3.3 (o) <br />At this time no incidental products are expected. <br />6.3.3 (p) <br />Explosives will not be used in conjunction with mining or reclamation. <br />9/18/2006 <br />
