(1) To minimize disturbance and provide for a stable reclaimed azea efforts will be <br />taken to fill all depressions and reestablish a gentle southerly slope consistent with the <br />existing topographical configuration during reclamation operations. <br />(m) Processing on-site will consist of crushing the rock into road gavel and stockpiling <br />it. No chemicals will be used, and no washing of the gravel (with water) will be done. <br />(n) The primary commodity to be extracted is gravel to be used as road base. There <br />will be no secondary commodity. <br />(o) There will be no incidental products. <br />
