A pesticide shall not be used if the Secretary has prohibited its <br />• use. Pesticides shall not be permanently stored on public lands authorized <br />far use under [his grant. <br />Special Stipulations Pertaining to [he Relocated Road: <br />6. In constructing the relocated road, the grantee will adhere to Exhibit B <br />(one sheet) and Exhibit C (four sheets) of Jackson County Road 812E Relocation <br />Map, filed on February 21, 1980. <br />7. No cut or fill slope will be steeper than 1~:1. <br />8. The up slope fillface of each fill having a culvert(s) will be .rip rapped with <br />rock from the toe of the fill up to a height equal to 1 foot above the top of <br />the culvert(s) and outward from [he culvert(s) to each edge of the drainage. <br />9- A permanent wire livestock fence designed for use on antelope ranges (see Fig- <br />ure 1, type D) will be erected on the northern exterior limit of the right-of- <br />way between points F and G on Map 1. At points F and G, the new fence will <br />tie into the existing fence. The new fence shall be erected by October.l, 1980. <br />10. A permanent wire livestock fence designed for use on antelope ranges (see Fig- <br />ure 1, type D) will be erected between points A and B on Ptap 1, with gates at <br />points C, D, and E on Map 1. At points A and B, the new fence will tie into <br />the existing fences. Where the new fence parallels the existing (nonrelocated <br />portions of) Jackson County Road 12E, the fence will be erected on a line which <br />• is 50 feet south of the centerline of Jackson County Road 12B and which is <br />parallel to the centerline. Before construction begins on the portion of the <br />new fence which angles southeasterly from Jackson County Road 12E to point B on <br />the private property boundary (see :fop 1), representatives of the grantee and <br />of the Area Manager, Kremmling Resource Area, shall meet in the field to deter- <br />mine the final alignment of [his portion of the fence. The new fence will be <br />erected by October 1, 1980. <br />11. The portion of the existing fence between points H and <br />moved.
