The <br />District will verify locations and will notify the petitioner of any <br />necessary adjustments that are required to their easements. <br />4. Understood. The Book and Page numbers for both the Beswick and Odelberg <br />Drains are labeled on the appropriate drawings. <br />2. There are no improvements planned for the Beswick Drain. <br />Therefore the capacity of the channel will not be impacted. <br />3. The petitioner has recently received an agreement from the GJDD <br />for discharges into both the Beswick and Odelberg Drains. Once <br />the agreement has been reviewed and executed, a copy will be <br />provided to the City. <br />5. Enclosed is a revised General Project Report. The location of the portable <br />toilets, fuel/water storage and office/lab varies dependent upon the <br />location of the portable crushing equipment within the identified mining <br />areas. The above-indicated facilities will also be located within the <br />identified Staging Area <br />6. What has been previously described as a 20' ROW' and a 40' easement <br />that run north-south through the center of the property is a recorded Deed <br />to construct a road. This strip of land has been incorrectly identified as an <br />easement and a ROW. Since the petitioner owns all properties mentioned <br />in the original document, no further action is necessary. <br />The abandonment of the easement for Central Grand Valley Sanitation <br />has been coordinated with CGVSD, discussed above <br />7.
