Banks and Gesso, LLC <br />Exhibit H -Wildlife Information ~~~~~~~~~ <br />ocr o 2 Zoos <br />The following wildlife information was provided by ER~ResouxaesnEoSypration in their <br />Mining and Safety <br />Natural Resources Assessment dated July 17, 2006 (see Attachment D for full report). <br />Wildlife and/or signs of wildlife habitat observed on the subject property include: <br />• American robin <br />• Bank swallow <br />• Belted kingfisher <br />• Black-billed magpie <br />• European starling <br />• House finch <br />• House sparrow <br />• Mourning dove <br />• Northern Flicker <br />• Red-winged blackbird <br />• Rock dove <br />• Cottontail rabbit <br />• Coyote <br />• Domestic cat <br />• Domestic dog <br />• Fox squirrel <br />• Prairie dog <br />• Raccoon <br />• Vole <br />• Kangaroo rat <br />• Sawinson's hawk <br />• Red-tailed hawk <br />• Great horned owt <br />• Barn owl <br />• Western screech owl <br />• Mule deer <br />• White-tailed deer <br />The Colorado Division of Wildlife (CDOW) currently designates the property as resident <br />mule deer range, with the areas along Fountain Creek as white-tailed deer and elk <br />range. <br />Although the site contains potential habitat for the following list of federally threatened <br />and endangered species, it is not expected that any of these species will be adversely <br />impacted by the proposed operation: <br />Sundance Sand and Gravel Resource 06015 <br />Lafarge West, Inc. 20 September 2006 <br />
