The attached Operations Stanr3arr7s being reoamiended and approved for this request. <br />2. The follaaing note being placed on the Special Use Permit plat: <br />NO'I~: The Mined Iand Reclamation Board has the authority to issue permits <br />for minirxJ and reclamation activities. Activities related to mining <br />and reclamation are, therefore, under the jurisdiction of the Mined <br />land Reclamation Board, however, weld County has jurisdiction of <br />those matters outlined in the Operations StarxL,-.~G. <br />3. The Operations Standards being placed on the Special Use Permit plat. The <br />Special Use Permit plat shall be delivered to the Department of Planning <br />Services. <br />4. The applicant identifying the 100 year floodplain boundaries on the plat prior <br />to recorr3ing the Special Use Permit plat. <br />5. The operator will use Road 9 3/4 to Road 24 as the route to haul the gravel, <br />a~ place a stop sign on the property. <br />6. The County will increase the leval of maintenance to compensate the road damage <br />being caused during hauling operations. <br />7. Weld County will notify, by mail, adjacent land owners that problems may be <br />referred to the Weld County II~gineer, P. O. Box 756, Greeley, ~ 80631, Phone <br />~ 356-4000, Ext. 750. <br />8. Weld County shall apply for and obtain a well permit as required by the Colorado <br />Division of Water Resources in its letter dated September 25, 1980 subsequent <br />to approval by the Mined Land Reclamation Board. <br />CFG/dr <br />10/23/80 <br />
