<br />Harmful if inhaled or absorbed through skin. Avoid breathing spmy mist. Avoid

<br />Personal Protective Equipment (PPE):
<br />Some maurials that are chemical-resismnt to [his product are listed below. If you

<br />Applicators and oNtt handlers must wear:

<br />• Chemical-resismnt gloves, such as butyl rubber >l4 mils, or natural robber

<br />Follow manufacturer's inswetions for cleaning and maintaining PPE, If no such

<br />This product may contaminate water through drift of spmy in wind. This product

<br />areas to which this product is applied and surface waur features such as ponds,

<br />when minfall is forecasted to occur within 48 hoots.
<br />IMPORTANT
<br />PLATEAU herbicide may be applied [o non-inigation ditches and low lying
<br />areas when water has drained, but may be isolated in pockets due to uneven or
<br />unlevel conditions. DO NO7 treat Ne inside of inigation ditches. DO NOT rinse
<br />equipment on or near desirable trees or ornamental plants, or on areas where their
<br />roots may extend, or in locations where the chemical may be washed or moved
<br />into conmet with their roots. DO NOT use on residential lawns.
<br />DIRECTIONS FOR USE
<br />It is a violation of Federal law to use Otis product in.a manner inconsistent with
<br />its labeling.
<br />Do not apply this protium in a way that will contact workers or other persons,
<br />either directly or through drift Onty protected handlers may be in the area during
<br />application. For any requirements specific to your State or Tribe, consul[ the
<br />agency responsrble for pesticide regulation.
<br />This labeling must be in the possession of the ustt at the time of pesticide
<br />application.
<br />DO NO7 use PLATEAU herbicide on food or feed crops except as recommended
<br />by this label or supplemertml labeling.
<br />DO NO7 cut treated area for hay within seven days after treatment
<br />DO NOT use organophosphate insecticides on newly seeded areas treated with
<br />PLATEAU herbicide unless severe injury or loss of stand can be tolerated.
<br />Observe all cautions and limitations on this label and on the labels of products
<br />used in combination with PLATEAU herbicide. Do not use PLATEAU herbicide
<br />other than in accordance wiN the inswetions set forth on this label. The use of
<br />PLATEAU herbicide not consistent with this label may result in injury to desired
<br />vegetation. Keep cronminers closed to avoid spills and contamination.
<br />When making new plantings of pmiricgrass or wildflowers, cony-over from per-
<br />sistent herbicides such as suifonyl-urea, imtdazolinorrc, tria2ine, svbstiN[ed urea,
<br />dinitroanaline, and other herbicides applied Ne previous yeaz may result in com-
<br />pounded injury or death of desirable vegetation when treaud with PI-ATEAU
<br />herbicide.
<br />When making applications around desirable trees or omamenml plants, small areas
<br />should be tested m determine Ne tolerance of a pardcumr species to soil and/or
<br />foliar applications of PLATEAU herbicide. See "TOLERANCE OF TREES AND
<br />BRUSH TO PLATEAU HERBICIDE" section of this label.
<br />DO NOT apply this product through any type of irrigatlon system.
<br />DO NOT exceed ] 2 ounces of PLATEAU hefiieide per acre in one year.
<br />AGRICULTURAL USE REQUIREMENTS
<br />Use this product only in accordance with im'labeling and with the Worker Pro-
<br />uction Smndard, 40 CFR part 170. This Standard contains requirements for Ore
<br />protection of agricultural workers on farms, forests, nurseries, and greenhouses,
<br />and handlers of agricultural pesticides. It conmins requirements for wining, de-
<br />conmmination, nodficmioq and emergrncy assistance. It also conmins specific
<br />inswetions and exceptions pertaining m the smumrnm on this Label about per-
<br />sonal protective equipment (PPE) and resticed entry inerval. The requiremenm
<br />in this box only apply m uses of [his product that are covered by the Worker
<br />Protection Standard.
<br />Do no[ rnur or allow worker entry into treated areas during Nc restricted entry
<br />interval (REI) of 12 hours.
<br />PPE inquired for early entry to treated areas that is permitted under Ne Worker
<br />Protection Smndard and that involves concoct with anything that has barn treaud,
<br />such as plants, soil, or water, is:
<br />I• coveralls '
<br />. chemical-resismnt gloves, such as buyl robber > 14 mils, or natural robber
<br />> 14 mils, or neoprene tubber > 14 mils, or nitrite tubber > 14 mils.

<br />NON-AGRICULTURAL USE REQUIREMENTS
<br />The requirements in Nis box apply to uses of this product that are NOT within
<br />the scope of Ne Worker Protection Smndard (WPS) for agricultural pesticides
<br />(40 CFR Part 170). The WPS applies when Nis product is used to produce
<br />agricultural plants on farms, forests, nurseries, or greenhouses.
<br />Noncrop weed control is not within Ne scope of the Worker Protecton Smndard.
<br />See Ne GENERAL INFORMATION section of Nis label for a description of
<br />noncrop sites.
<br />Do not enter treated areas without protective clothing until sprays have dried.
<br />STORAGE AND D]SPOSAL
<br />PROHIBITIONS: KEEP FROM FREEZING. DO NOT store below 20'F. DO
<br />NOT contaminate water, food or feed by storage or disposal.
