<br />The State of Colorado, Division of Minerals and Geology requires that the operator of <br />any sand and gravel operation provide agreements between the operator and the owner <br />of any significant, valuable man-made structure located with 200 feet of our sand and <br />gravel operations know as THE SPECIAL 111 HIGHWAY 50 BORROW AREA NO. 2 <br />OPERATION. <br />The Clifton Water District, 137 3rd Street, Clifton Colorado 81520, (970)434-7328 owns <br />and maintains the following man-made structures within 200 feet of the above indicated <br />operations: <br />1. Domestic Water Main and Appurtenances <br />-CERTIFICATION - <br />The undersigned, Harold F. Elam, President of Elam Construction, Inc. does hereby <br />certify that CLIFTON WATER DISTRICT will be compensated for any costs incurred <br />resulting from damage to the above listed structures located within, or 200 feet, of the <br />affected land described within Exhibit A, of the Construction Materials Application, as a <br />result of our mining activities. <br />ELAM ST ,INC. <br />arold F.
