<br />Because of the small surfsee area affected and the previous mining activity
<br />in this area, negative wildlife impacts will not be significant. the additional
<br />traffic and human disturbance will cause some displacement of several of the
<br />above listed species into adjacent habitats, but should not reduce population
<br />~` numbers. Personal vehicle and coal truck traffic could increase the incidence
<br />of deer-vehicle accidents oa the county road between the mine and State Highway
<br />67. If this occurs, traffic wntrol measures or fencing may become necessary
<br />at some later time.
