<br />Section 25. The area of 2.00 acres was increased to 3.00 acres by technical <br />revision on March 13, 1978. This site is presently in existence. Upon final <br />abandonment, structures and buildings will be dismantled and removed. The <br />raise bore holes will be plugged and sealed. The fill side of the access road <br />will be pulled up and placed against the cut side. Fertilizer will be added <br />as previously explained. Shrubs will be transplanted as previously explained <br />for slopes for Area #1. Broadcast seeding of grasses and fortis will be <br />accomplished with the same species and rates as for slopes in Area #1. <br />Straw mulch will be applied at 2,000 lbs/acre and jute mating placed over it <br />and fastened down. <br />Reclamation will commence within one year of abandonment. <br />Summary <br />Areas 9, 17, 19 have been, for all practical purposes, integrated into <br />one area and will be described in the summary for Area #19. <br />~roa #1R <br />Logan Wash access road. Nine miles long and 50 feet wide. Existed prior <br />to this mine facility. Located in Sections 31, 29, 28, 27, 26, 25, and 24 of <br />T7S, R97W and Sections 35 and 36 of T8S, R97W, 6th P.M. An area of 55.55 <br />acres which will not be reclaimed. This is a public lands access road and <br />other private property owners use it for access as well. The road will be <br />maintained throughout the life of the mine. Upon abandonment of mining <br />operations, this road will be left in a condition suitable for access to other <br />property. <br />Summary <br />The total area disturbed by roads that will not be subject to reclamation <br />at abandonment is 53.43 acres. The road will be left in a condition suitable <br />
