The berms, a requirement of the N1ine Safety and Health <br />Administration, have been in place since early in 1978. <br />Aran k1Q <br />This area of 1.00 acre was added by technical revision on March 13, 1979. <br />It is for the raise bore hole and ventilation fan site located in the NE-1/4 <br />of the NE-1/4 of Section 25. l!pon final abandonment, structures and buildings <br />will be dismantled and removed and the raise bore hole will be plugged and <br />sealed. The surface will be recontoured to resemble surrounding terrain. <br />Compacted areas will be ripped and topsoil-like material spread over the <br />entire site to a depth of 18 inches. Fertilizer will be added, shrubs <br />transplanted, and seeding of grasses and fortis accomplished with the same <br />species and rates as for slopes in Area #1. Straw mulch will be applied at <br />2,000 lbs/acre. <br />Sumrnar v <br />Areas 9, 17, and 19 encompass an area of 6.5 acres. Because of the close <br />proximity and interaction between the areas, the entire area will be <br />considered to be disturbed and reclamation of the three areas will be <br />coordinated in a single effort. Triis 0.50 <br />acre site is located in the SW-1/4 of the NE-1/4 of the SE-1/4 of Section 26, <br />T7S, R97W. The site is for the storage of topsoil-like material. The site <br />will be berined, to prevent loss of the material by erosion, and outside <br />drainage vaill l,e Diverted by the berm and/or ditching. The material will be <br />stored in a pile with a maxiniuni slope of 3:1 and will be seeded according to <br />
