An area of 0.50 acres. This <br />pipeline presently exists. This pipeline is on BLM land and Occidental Oil <br />Shale has been issued a Right-of-Way with stipulations to reclaim the <br />disturbed land upon abandonment. All surface structures will be dismantled <br />and removed. Underground portions of the pipe will be flushed and plugged. <br />Shrub, transplanting and seed broadcasting will be in accordance with <br />procedures previously explained for benches in Area ,#1. Straw mulch will be <br />applied at 2,000 lbs/acre and jute matting pinned down over it. <br />Reclamation will commence within one year of final abandonment. <br />Area #15 <br />Heater-Treater plant and load-out facility located in the NE-1/4 of the <br />SW-1/4 of Section 25. An area of 3.00 acres. Exposed cuts and fills and tiie <br />existing topsoil stockpile will be fertilized as previously explained for the <br />other areas. Grass and forb seeds of the same species and rates as explained <br />for slopes in Area ~1 will be broadcast during 1918-1979. Straw mulch will be <br />applied at 2,000 lbs/acre and jute matting pinned down over i[. Upon final <br />abandonn~ent, all structures and buildings will be dismantled and removed.
