However, the <br />moving faces are temporary and no revegetation will take place <br />until the east boundary is reached. <br />$eclamation Performance Stan ards. This section is in <br />response to Rule 6 as promulgated by the MLRf3. The operator <br />intends to comply with this rule. <br />Grading will be performed to create a final topography <br />appropriate to the planned future land use. All beckfilling <br />and grading will be completed as soon as feasible after the mining <br />process.
