However, the <br />moving faces are temporary and no revegetation will take place <br />until the east boundary is reached. <br />$eclamation Performance Stan ards. This section is in <br />response to Rule 6 as promulgated by the MLRf3. The operator <br />intends to comply with this rule. <br />Grading will be performed to create a final topography <br />appropriate to the planned future land use. All grading will be <br />done in a manner to control erosion and to protect wrens outside <br />the affected land from slides or other damage. All beckfilling <br />and grading will be completed as soon as feasible after the mining <br />process. All refuse will be handled and disposed of in a manner <br />that will control unsightliness and protect the drainage system <br />from pollution. There are no acid-forming or toxic materials <br />involved in this operation. There are no drill or auger holes on <br />the land. <br />This is a dry operation. Water is not a factor in this <br />operation. l+to vrzter rights will be affected. <br />We believe this is an area of non-critical wildlife. V'`e know <br />of no species of wildlife requiring special attention.
