EHI-IIBIT E
RECLANIATIOi1 PLAN AND TIMETABLE
8ecl~m~tisrn. Albert E. Frei will be the owner of the
property; therefore, there is no necessity for a consultation vrith
the owner in regard to future uses of the property. Use of the
land will be divided. The bench areas will be returned to "ndt
being used for any purpose" by revegetating. The front,
undisturbed side of the berm areas will remain as they are novr.
The access road and the hidden mine floor areas will continue to
be used as areas for industrial-type operations that need view
screening. In conjunction with the mine, it is expected that an
asphalt plant, concrete plant and possibly a casting plant
operations will be conducted on the mine floor. This industrial
use of the floor area is part of the Planned Development rezoning
submitted to Clear Creek County.
sv
The areas included for various uses will be as follows: ~11~1 .~.
48.66+/- acres in bench area slopes, 43.49+/- acres in road and
mine floor, 28.12+/- acres in undisturbed screen area and 9.75+/-
acres in a west buffer. It is necessary to point out that these
figures are based on an average mine bench slope. If the slope
is changed, which is a function of the rock mechanics, the areas
of bench and floor will be altered.
The bench areas will be respread with a topsoil mixture and
revegetated. The floor and road areas will be filled, leveled and
15
