Monitoring.Reclamatioo Success <br />Monitoring the reclamation on an ongoing basis will allow minor revisions to assure successful <br />reclamation. B&B plans to use the local SCS office in Eagle to assist in determining the perennial <br />cover of the reclaimed land. If minor changes or modifications are needed to the seeding and <br />reclamation plan, revision plans will be submitted to the Division as required. It is hoped that the <br />Division will provide assistance in evaluating the success of the ongoing reclamation process. All <br />areas disturbed and reclaimed and any other important items regarding the reclamation will be <br />. submitted in the annual reports to the Division. <br />9. Performance Standards <br />B&B Excavating, [nc. intends to mine the property incompliance with the Reclamation Perfor- <br />mance Standards of Rule 3,~~.,. Grading will be done to create a final topography that is compatible <br />with the intended final ]and use. <br />All grading will be done in a manner to control erosion and to protect areas outside the affected <br />land from slides or other damage. The pit will be reclaimed so that a suitable grade for drainage <br />exists. All backfilling and grading will be completed as soon as feasible afrer mining is completed. <br />All refuse will be hauled away or disposed of in approved disposal areas and in a manner that will <br />control unsightliness and protect the drainage system from pollution.
