<br />Water Information <br />A brief augmentation plan has been submitted to the State <br />Engineer for comment, those comments will be forwerdad <br />when recieved. Discussion with the local Division <br />Engineer and the Board of Water Works indicates that <br />water la available for purchase on both a temporary beaie <br />end a permanent beau to meet the needs of our operation. <br />Those consumptive uses such ea water required for the <br />production of concrete end those losses due to <br />eveporetion will be purchased on a permanent basis end <br />those steps necessary to change points of diversion will <br />be token. <br />A permit for a dewetering well hea been wade to the State <br />Engineer end a request for a discharge permit has been <br />wade to the Health Department. <br />The owner of the property has extensive water rights that <br />he has indicated could be purchased for our needs. A <br />change of decree would be required from agricultural to <br />commercial would be required. The Division Engineer <br />indicated that he could eee little problem in <br />accomplishing this or In changeing the point of <br />diversion. The Division Engineer also indicated that 3 <br />acre-ft/acre wee the accepted estlwete of eveporetion <br />lose in the Pueblo area. <br /> <br />
