This perwit would allow tRe <br />plecewent of a new puwp at this well end would authorize the <br />use of up to 15 gallons per winute of water to be extracted <br />frow the well for use et the concrete batch plant. The water <br />removed frog this wall will be watered so axnct requirewenta <br />of the plant will be known. <br />The pit will be opernted as a dry pit until the State Engineer <br />gives hie approval to our tewporery plan.
