The Fermittee must have available for review at the tithe of conditional accept ce, all documents rotating to conatruetion (fie: plena, project correspondence, materials testing and survey no ). 26. In eccordanoe with Section Z.5 (~ of the State Highway Access Code, final acc lance of the access improvomonts by CDOT, Region One, will be provided to the Petmittee in wri g two (2) years from the date of construction completion. It shall be the responsibility of the Pcrmitee to verify the location of the existin utilities and notify all utility owners or operators of any work that might Involve utilities within the State Hi way right-of--Way. Any work necessary to protect existing permitted utllitias, such u an etuaaement will be a responsibiliiy of the Permittce. Any damage or diatuption to any utilities during the consdvetion sh 11 be the Permittee'a responsibility and shall be repaired or replaced at no cost to the Deparitent, issuing authority, or the local jurisdiction. Utilities camwt remain under asphalt or concrete without prior ap va1 from CT)OT. 28. All workers within the State Highway right-of-way will eotaply with their empl yea's safety and health policieslprocedures, and all applicable U.S. Occupational Safety and Health A ' istration (09HA) regulations -including, but not limited to the applicable sections of 29 CPR P 1910 -Occupational Safety and Health Standards and 29 CRF Part 1926 -Safety end Health Regulations fo Conatruetion.
