At a minimum, all worlta's in the State Highway right-of-way, i <br />will wear the following personal protective equipment <br />1. Head protection that complies with the ANSI289.1-7997 standard; <br />2, At all constriction sites or whenever thsre is danger of injury to feet, work <br />PPE requirements for foot protection per 29 CFR 1910.136, 1926.95, and 1921 <br />will meet the requirements of ANSI 241.1999; <br />3. The prop disposal of any soil or other <br />material detemtined to be hazardous and/or contaimnated either uncovered or cavated during construetioii <br />shall be the responsibility of the Permittee. The disposal shall be accomplished accordance with all <br />applicable fadacal, stale, and local laws and regulations and at no cost to the D artrnant or issuing authority. <br />32. All areas of the State Highway tight-of-way disturbed during construction shall pe wvered with a minimum oP <br />4 inches of top soil end re-seeded according to the Department's specifications f~r grass seed mix. <br />33. Whea it is necessary to rcmwe any highway tight-of--way fence, tht poste oa ei side of the access entrance <br />shall be securely braced with approved errd posts and in conformance with the apartment's M-607-1 <br />standard, before the fence is cut, to prevent slacking of the remaining fence <br />34. The Pennittee shall install a right rum deceleration lane and a right turn aecolergtion land on State Highway <br />119, in conformance with section 4 of the Stara Highway Accts Code, 2CCA 6 1-1, and the approved <br />oonstruction plans. <br />35. The Pamrinee shall install a Taft rum acceleration and left turn deoeler'ation lan~on State Highway 119, in <br />conformance with section 4 of the State Ilighway Access Code, 2 CCR 601-1, the approved construction <br />plans. <br />36. All work that requires traffic control shall be supervised by a registered profesei al traffic engineer or by a <br />traffic control supervisor certified by the American Traftlc Safety Services Asa ciaton (ATSSA) or the <br />Colorado Contractors Association (CCA). When flagging personnel are regal ,they shall be certified by the <br />canhactor in accordance with the Department standards. <br />37. The use of appropriate advanced wamirig and construction traffic wnhol signs, skiers, barricades and <br />flagging is required at al! runts during coiistrtrction.
