The Licensee will be responsible for controlling and eradicating noxious weed <br />infestations on the drill sites and access roads from the date of discovery up to the <br />point of release of the CDMG reclamation bond and associated reclamation liability. <br />Any herbicides used must be EPA and USFS approved and will be applied at the <br />recommended rates. <br />10. Reseeding will be completed using a certified weed free source of seed. The <br />Licensee will be responsible for controlling spread of, and eradicating noxious weeds <br />until the Forest Service accepts final reclamation. Any hay or straw used shall be <br />certified as weed free.
