<br />10) EXHIBIT "C" -Rule 6.3.3(h) <br />No water is proposed in conjunction with this operation. <br />11) EXHIBIT "C" -Rule 6.3.3(1) <br />Since the pit conYiguration has been changed to a dry pit operation on the bench well above the <br />wetlands and Grape Creek area, there will be no affect on the quantity or quality of the surface or <br />groundwater. <br />12) EXHIBIT "C" -Rule 6.3.3(i) <br />Since [his will be a dry pit operation, there will be no necessity to contact the office of the State <br />Engineer or bonding for [he cost of backfilling the pit. The pit floor will be left level, reseeded, and <br />used as part of the owner's grazing area. <br />13) EXHIBIT "C" -rule 6.3.3(1) <br />No measures will be necessary [o minimize disturbance to the hydrologic balance, since there will <br />be none. The operation will be designed to retain all water involved on site from precipitation. <br />14) EXHIBIT "C" -Rule 6.3.3(m) <br />It is anticipated that there will be some crushing and screening of the material to be done by a custom <br />crusher on site. <br />
